Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to consider allotment of 3000000 warrants on Feb 23, 2009

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 30,00,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90/- to the promoters on preferential basis.
