Sterling Holiday allots Equity Share & Warrants

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2009, has allotted 45,63,492 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 25/- per share and 30,00,000 Warrants at a price of Rs 35/- pre warrant.

India Horizon Fund Ltd was allotted 16,86,092 equity shares. India Discovery Fund Ltd was allotted 16,86,092 equity shares. Blue Ocean Investment Trust was allotted 11,91,308 equity shares. Mrs S Dhanalakshmi was allotted 30,00,000 warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.22.50. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.55 and low of Rs.21.40.

The total traded quantity was 2952 compared to 2 week average of 18025.
