Hotel Leelaventure to extinguish FCCBs worth Euro 8.25 Million

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and is in the process of extinguishing 1% Euro Foreign Currency Convertible bonds ("Bonds") aggregate Face Value of Euro 8.25 Million.

The stock was trading at Rs.19.90, up by Rs.0.65 or 3.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.70 and low of Rs.19.10.

The total traded quantity was 364101 compared to 2 week average of 237805.
