Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006 on stand alone and consolidated basis.

2. To recommend declaration of Dividend, if any.
