Bodal Chemicals to raise Rs.25 Crores through rights issue

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2006 has decided to raise fund not exceeding Rs 25.00 Crores through the issue of equity shares on a right basis. The share ratio and price per share for the right issue would be decided by the Board and announced at a later date, subject to necessary approvals.
