Damodar Threads Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2006, has deferred the deliberation of raising additional resources for the Company's ongoing expansion program by way of Right Issue / Preferential allotment of Equity Shares to the next board meeting.
