Suven Life Sciences to allot 37,25,000 equity shares on amalgamation of Asian Clinical Trial Ltd

Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 06, 2006 to issue & allot 37,25,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at par to the shareholders of Asian Clinical Trials Ltd (transferor company) as per the Scheme of Amalgamation between Asian clinical Trial Ltd and the Company sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide order dated October 18, 2006.
