Himachal Futuristic Allots 33,72,400 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs at Rs.26.45 per share

Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has announced that on November 13, 2006, the Company has converted 20 Series 'D' unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Series 'D' FCCBs) of US$ 100,000 each into 33,72,400 Equity Shares at the price of Rs 26.45 per share.

Therefore, the issued and subscribed capital of the Company has now been increased by 33,72,400 Equity Shares and stands at 43,60,48,897 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.
