MSK Projects Board to recommend dividend

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2006 to consider the following:

1. Adopt Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006.

2. Recommend final dividend on the equity shares for the year 2005-06.

3. Fixing of date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting.
