Rain Commodities allots 12,00,922 shares on conversion of warrants

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2006, has allotted 12,00,922 Equity Shares to Meghamala Enterprises Pvt Ltd, 40,00,000 Equity Shares to Citicorp Finance India Ltd and 15,99,078 Equity Shares to Sujala Investments Pvt Ltd at a price of Rs 40/- each (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 30 Premium) consequent to the conversion of Equal number of Equity Warrants into Equity Shares.
