Prakash Industries to issue FCCBs upto US$ 60 million

Prakash Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2006 has considered and approved raising of funds by way of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) upto US$ 60 million subject to shareholders and other approvals as may be necessary / required by the Company.
