Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2006 to consider and take on record Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006 and for the recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any.
