With reference to the news item appearing in a leading portal titled "Tata Tele confirms report of talks with SK Tele for stake sale", Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd has clarified that the news item appearing in portal is speculative and not based on the facts.

The Company is not in talks with SK Tele or any other person for stake sale. The Company is not aware of any confirmation issued by the Company as reported.
