Reliance Industries approves raising of US$ 2 billion through syndicated loan

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2006, has approved the raising of US$ 2 billion by way of Syndicated Loan / Bonds (Fixed / Floating) / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds or any combination thereof, subject to approvals as may be necessary / required, by the Company.
