SGN Telecoms EGM approves preferential issue of warrants

SGN Telecoms Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 14, 2009 have approved the Preferential Allotment of 1,20,00,000/- convertible warrants of Rs 1/- each at the price of Rs 1.02.

To consider issue and allotment of ADR/GDR/FCCB for amount not exceeding US $ 5 million.
