Gillette India clarifies on news item regarding property sale

With reference to the news item appearing in leading portal titled "Gillette India puts its 2 prime properties on the block", Gillette India Ltd has clarified as follows:

- The property offered for sale is only the Gurgaon one, and not the Okhla property as has been reported in the press, and

- The media speculated sale price is not realistic.
