Tera Software fixes Book Closure for bonus issue

Tera Software Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 25, 2006 to December 01, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of allotment of fully paid-up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:4.
