Indo Count to delist Securities Voluntarily from Calcutta Stock Exchange

Indo Count Industries Ltd has announced that the Company's securities have been voluntarily delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange with effect from October 20, 2006. However, the securities will be traded under the "Permitted Category" on the said exchange.
