Jindal Photo to inves in Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd

Jindal Photo Ltd has announced that the members at the 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of a Dividend @ 10% i.e. Re. 1.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2006 on the equity shares of the Company.

For making an Investment upto Rs 295.31 Crores by way of subscription in the equity share capital of the Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd.
