Modern India to transfer Indian Institute of Jewellery to its subsidiary

Modern India Ltd has announced that the Company has executed necessary documents and agreements for transfer of its undertaking "Indian Institute of Jewellery" to its wholly owned subsidiary M/s Indian Institute of Jewellery Ltd.
