Era Constructions India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2006, inter alia, to consider raising of the funds by way of issue of Equity shares, FCCBs / GDRs / ADRs / Bonds or any other instrument or any combination thereof.
