Binani Cement to refile DRHP with SEBI for offer of sale by JP Morgan

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that consequent to the decision of M/s J P Morgan Special Situations (Mauritius) Ltd (JPMSS) to make an offer for sale of 2,05,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each held by them in Binani Cement Ltd (BCL) through a 100% book building process, BCL has withdrawn the DRHP filed earlier with SEBI on February 13, 2006 for an offer for sale of BCL shares held by the Company.

BCL will refile the DRHP within a few days with JPMSS as the selling share holder after duly updating the document.
