Infotech Enterprises allots 2724000 equity shares upon conversion of CCPS

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company has allotted 27,24,000 equity shares of Rs 5/- each at a premium of Rs 355/- per share to GA Global Investments Ltd, upon exercise of the option to convert 27,24,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares into a equal number of equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.65, down by Rs.0.75 or 0.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.99.20 and low of Rs.97.35.

The total traded quantity was 848 compared to 2 week average of 2515.
