UG Hotels to consider allotment of 1720000 warrants

UG Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2008, inter alia, has decided to consider the issue & allotment of 17,20,000 warrants to the promoters of the company on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.15, down by Rs.0.05 or 1.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.15 and low of Rs.4.15.

The total traded quantity was 600 compared to 2 week average of 1043.
