Allied Digital Services allots 745000 shares

Allied Digital Services Ltd has announced that pursuant to 'Limited Liability Company Interest Purchase Agreement' dated July 09, 2008, that the Company have signed with En Pointe Technologies Sales Inc., the Company have completed allotment of 7,45,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company to En Pointe Technologies Sales Inc., on November 26, 2008.
