SMS Pharmaceuticals allots 12978 equity shares

SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2008, has also allotted 12,978 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the erstwhile shareholders of M/s. Plant Organics Ltd, to implement the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) order dated August 28, 2008. The allotted shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company.
