As per CDR scheme Morepen Laboratories issues warrants, shares to promoters

Morepen Laboratories Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Stipulation of CDR cell, the promoters have brought in Rs 1000 Lacs against which the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has allotted 1000 Naked Warrants to promoter group, With each naked warrant a right is attached to subscribe to 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 8/- per share as against price of Rs 7.90 determined as per SEBI Preferential Issue Guidelines.
