Avanti Feeds Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 02, 2008, to issue and allot equity shares on preferential basis to THAI UNION FROZEN PRODUCTS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD., and SRINIVASA CYSTINE LTD as approved by Shareholders through Postal Ballot on November 13, 2008.
