DMC Vaults calls for EGM to approve name change

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 25, 2006, inter alia, to change the name of the Company from "DMC Vaults Ltd" to "DMC International Ltd", subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
