CCAP AGM approves Rs.1.20 dividend, increase in authorized capital

CCAP Ltd has announced that the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ Re 1.20 per share on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs 5,00,00,000/- to Rs 10,00,00,000/- by creation of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each & consequential amendment in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
