Market Creators Board approves 1:1 rights issue at par

Market Creators Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2006, has decided the following:

- The Company is proposing to come out with Rights Issue of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up aggregating to Rs 5,00,00,000/- only in the ratio 1 Equity Share of every 1 Equity Share held, at par.
