Kaashyap Technologies approves merger of Space Hospitals Ltd

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2006 has considered and given in-principle approval to the proposal of merger of M/s Space Hospitals Ltd, a company engaged in the business in HealthCare Industry based at Chennai.

Space Hospitals is rendering services as a facilitator by creating a common platform by providing the service of medical professionals to the distantly located patients through effective use of information & communication technology in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has appointed a committee to decide the modalities and strategies, valuing the entities and consideration of merger etc. The meeting of the Committee will be convened on November 12, 2006.
