Confidence Petroleum to issue warrants on preferential basis

Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the issue of convertible preferential warrants of Re 1/- each, which are subject to approval in the EGM to be held on November 06, 2006.
