Amar Remedies to issue 13 Lakh shares

Amar Remedies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2008, inter alia, has accorded their approval to issue 13,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to Shri. Sagar P Shah, Promoter / Managing Director of the Company.

To convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2008 on December 05, 2008.
