Aditya Ispat approves allotment of 250000 warrants

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 2,50,000 Fully Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each issued @ Rs 11/- per warrant at a premium of Rs 1/- per warrant out of which a sum of Rs 1.10/- being the 10% of the issue price has been received from all the Applicant(s) / Allottee(s) in accordance with the Preferential Issue Guidelines issued by SEBI.

The Board also approved the proposal to call for the balance amount towards the Allotment of Warrants at a time or in tranches / part within 18 months.

The Stock closed on Tuesday at Rs.7.68, down by Rs.0.40 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.68 and low of Rs.7.68.

The total traded quantity was 1916 compared to 2 week average of 691.
