Shiv Vani Oil allots 1,03,39,120 shares to SVUL Projects Ltd shareholders

Shiv Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has annoounced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, has allotted 1,03,39,120 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of SVUL Projects Ltd consequent upon merger of SVUL Projects Ltd with the Company vide order of Hon'ble High Court dated March 28, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, one Company in the promoters group namely Dual Friends Engineering Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd holding 9,86,800 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each - 4.56% shares of the Company, is no more in the promoters group as its Directors have resigned from Dual Friends Engineering Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd and have also liquidated their shareholding.
