Himalya International promoters raise stake

Himalya International Ltd has announced that Promoters have increased their holding by ~ 5% of the post issue capital through conversion of warrants earlier issued at a price of Rs 23.35 per Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.30, up by Rs.0.85 or 4.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.75 and low of Rs.19. The total traded quantity was 47511 compared to 2 week average of 44082.
