HDFC allots 203108 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation, on October 14, 2008, allotted 2,03,108 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,44,00,360 consisting of 28,44,40,036 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The summary of the FCCBs converted till date is as follows:

- Total FCCBs issued (Face Value USD 100000): 5000
- Number of FCCBs converted till date: 3894
- %ge converted: 77.88%.
