K Sera Sera approves allotment warrants to Yes Bank

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2008, inter alia, has constituted the committee, who shall allot the Fully Convertible Warrants to Yes Bank Ltd on preferential Basis.

The Board has appointed Mr. Hussain Shattaf as the Director of the Company w.e.f October 13, 2008.

The Stock closed on Monday at Rs.20.05, up by Rs.0.55 or 2.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21 and low of Rs.18.75.

The total traded quantity was 169698 compared to 2 week average of 798856.
