H S India allots 5438000 warrants

H S India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 07, 2008 has allotted 54,38,000 convertible warrants, convertible into equal number of shares within 18 months from the date of allotment, to proposed allottees on preferential basis pursuant to the special resolution passed in 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 25, 2008.
