Fusion Fittings Board Meeting on Oct 08, 2008 to consider forfeiture of shares

Fusion Fittings India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 08, 2008, inter alia, to consider forfeiture of the partly paid up shares of the Company. A last and final notice was issued on September 20, 2008 to the holders of partly paid up shares of the Company to pay the outstanding allotment money along with interest on or before October 05, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that it was also mentioned in the above notice that in case the unpaid amount is not received by October 05, 2008, the shares of the partly paid up shareholders shall be subject to forfeiture.

The proposed Board Meeting shall consider forfeiture of the partly paid up shares as on October 06, 2008.
