Megasoft announces 5:8 swap ratio for VisualSoft merger

Megasoft Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies Ltd with the Company at a stock swap Ratio of 5:8 i.e. five equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company for every eight equity shares of Rs 10 each of VisualSoft, based on the recommendations of M/s Price Waterhouse and M/s Keynote, subject to necessary statutory approvals.
