Software Technology to consider conversion of warrants

Software Technology Group International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 03, 2008, to consider the conversion of Warrants issued on preferential basis on April 05, 2007 into equity shares as per terms and conditions as accorded by members of the Company at their meeting held on March 02, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.20, up by Rs.0.60 or 4.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.25 and low of Rs.12.
