Oriental Containers Board recommends 10% dividend

Oriental Containers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006 and adjourned to October 30, 2006, inter alia, has:

1. Recommended dividend on Equity Shares @ 10% for the year ended June 30, 2006.

2. Allotted 42,73,875 Equity Shares to the Shareholders of Scientific Vacuum Coating Pvt Ltd as per the Scheme of Amalgamation of Scientific Vacuum Coating Pvt Ltd, with the Company approved by the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay.
