Dhanlaxmi Fabrics approves allotment of 2560000 shares

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 25,60,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each for Rs 45 (including premium of Rs 35) on preferential basis to M/s. Eskay Niryat Pvt. Ltd and M/s. Promtech Impex Pvt. Ltd.
