Bodal Chemicals allots 67612 shares

Bodal Chemicals Ltd (BCL) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 67,612 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid to the shareholders of the erstwhile MOL as on record date i.e. September 20, 2008, in ratio of 1 (one) equity share of BCL for every 100 (one Hundred) equity shares of Milestone Organics Ltd (MOL), as per the scheme of Amalgamation of MOL with BCL.

The stock closed the day at Rs.58, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60 and low of Rs.56.

The total traded quantity was 61021 compared to 2 week average of 3519.
