Jyoti allots 299404 shares

Jyoti Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2008, has allotted 2,99,404 Equity Shares on conversion of Equity Warrants to Mr. Marut R Patel, a Non-resident, Indian, on preferential basis, pursuant to the Special Resolution already passed by the shareholders under Section 81(1A) in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2007.
