Gallantt Metal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 17, 2008, inter alia, to consider the matter of issue and allotment of the Equity Shares in the Company on Preferential basis to the Foreign Institutional Investor / NRIs / Strategic Investors and also to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.
