Chettinad Cement Board approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2006, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation in regard to the amalgamation of two wholly owned subsidiaries Viz. M/s Sabari Cements (Chennai) Ltd, and M/s High-Tech Lime Products Ltd with the Company.
