Kalindee Rail Board Meeting on Sep 19, 2008 to consider allotment of 497362 shares

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced the Company has proposed to hold the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 19, 2008 to consider and allot 4,97,362 equity shares arising out of the exercising of the option by the Foreign Currency Convertible Bond holders.
